Parents learn about Drugs

As part of the on-going campaign by Essex Police to educate people about drug abuse, the Parish Council arranged a meeting in Keene Hall entitled ‘Your Children and Drugs’. Over 100 people went along to hear PCs Steve Simmons and Kevin Bailey talk about the wide range of drugs available and what parents should look out for if they suspect their children are taking them. PC Bailey said ‘We urge the community to help us in the war against drugs by letting us know of any dealers in the neighbourhood.’
